Pre-order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing all pre-orders placed with Hui Belanda (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What Is a Pre-order?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet in stock but is scheduled for future release. Pre-ordering allows you to secure your item in advance, ensuring priority fulfillment once inventory becomes available.

Estimated shipping time

The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered products is provided on the product page. Please note that this date is an estimate only and may be subject to reasonable delays due to manufacturing, logistics, or supplier factors beyond our control.

We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant changes.

Payment terms

All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method immediately for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping & fulfillment

Once the pre-ordered item is in stock, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If your pre-order is part of a larger order containing in-stock items, we may:

  • Ship the available items first, or

  • Wait to ship the entire order together (you will be informed which applies).

Cancellations & refunds

Pre-orders are non-refundable unless:

  • The product is canceled by us, or

  • The shipping date is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the original estimated date, and you request a refund.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order before shipment, please contact us at contact.huibelanda@protonmail.com. We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at our discretion.

Product changes

In rare cases, we may make changes to the product specifications prior to release. If such changes occur, we will notify all affected customers and provide options, including refund or updated purchase confirmation.
